Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using international express and registered shipping services. Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation, and shipments will originate from one of our international warehouses located outside the United States.
We offer two shipping options for our customers:
Registered Shipping: Delivery typically takes 15-21 business days. Tracking will be available 7-10 days after shipment. Please note that registered shipping has limited tracking updates. If no tracking activity is shown, rest assured that the package is in transit and will reach you soon.

Partial Shipments: For larger orders, multiple packages may be shipped separately at different times. You can check the details in your Order History section by logging into your account.
Short Shipments/Damaged Packages: We strive to provide the best service, but in case your package arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us with the necessary details and evidence at [support email] or reach out to our customer service team.
Non-Delivery: It is essential to provide a valid shipping address when placing your order. Packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be redirected to your local postal service’s dead letter office, and rarely, they may be returned to our international depot. We aim for a safe and timely delivery within 21 business days for standard shipping and 14 business days for express shipping. However, delays may occur due to holidays, bad weather, or airline disruptions. Our customer service team can assist with updates on delivery times.
Discreet Packaging: We ensure that all items are packaged discreetly. The contents are not identifiable from the outside of the package, with no markings or references to the items inside.
Reshipment: We will resend an order if it hasn’t been delivered under the following conditions:
- The shipping address provided is accurate and confirmed.
- 21 business days have passed since the shipment date (30 days max).
- Customer service is contacted within 8 weeks of the shipping date.
Order Cancellations: As our logistics team processes orders shortly after they are placed, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to receive the product, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
